Dirt is not a four letter word.
Can you hear your mother’s voice? “Don’t get your clothes all dirty.” As a child, were you taught that dirt was a four letter word? It’s time to rethink what you may have learned about dirt.
Dirt is your home. Dirt is the Mother Earth in all her glory. Dirt is the structure you walk on every day. Dirt grows your food. Your house is built on dirt. When you die, you will turn back into dirt.
Celebrate dirt. Roll around in your garden. Garden in your bare feet. When you allow the dirt to absorb the energy of you, your garden will put exactly what you need into the food you grow there. Smell the dirt, taste it, and love it. Dirt is your friend. You can talk to dirt, telling it all your secrets.
Dirt is everywhere. We cannot live without it, it is what we are made of.
What will you do to reacquaint yourself with dirt today?
